Quarry Hill (SOYO)

Caddick has outline planning permission for its SOYO scheme - a 1.97ha mixed use development with 10,000 sq m of offices, 3251 sq m of leisure, in excess of 700 residential units, 700 sq m of retail facilities, a medical centre and a series of public squares.

Caddick Developments, part of the Wetherby-based, family-run construction and property giant the Caddick Group, has already contributed to the regeneration of the city centre with projects such as Trinity Leeds. While Trinity Leeds has brought the largest retailers to Leeds, SOYO is set to attract an influx of creative talent and innovative businesses into the city. High quality rental housing forms a key part of Caddick’s vision for the area.
