Forming part of the University of Leeds £520 million campus redevelopment, the investment will help to maintain the University’s international reputation in interdisciplinary research.  

The Centre for Engineering and Physical Sciences will cost £96m to develop a facility to address existing and future challenges in energy efficient computing, telecommunications, sustainable magnetic materials, pharmaceutical formulations, ‘smart foods’ and medical technologies.
