Hunslet & Victoria Mills

A group of five Grade II* and Grade II listed buildings that are noted to be 'the last and individually the largest of the great flax-spinning mills built in Leeds throughout the 1820s and 30s'.

They had lain empty and largely derelict since the 1980s before their purchase and subsequent development by JM Construction(currently underway), and as a consequence have been on Historic England’s Buildings at Risk register.

JM Construction have begun work on the collection of landmark listed buildings on the 3.1-acre site. Their Victoria Riverside Apartments development will see over 300 apartments built over five existing mill buildings.
