Canal Mills

Dating back to the 19th Century, Canal Mills once a cornerstone in the textile industry has in time transformed into a event venue. The evolution of Leeds continues with a new proposal changing the use of the Mill once more.

New plans seeks to retain the grade II listed properties on site but to demolish the majority of the accompaining buildings to make way for a new mixed use residential scheme.

Situated next to the Leeds and Liverpool Canal the location has great connectivity through to Leeds City Centre. The initial proposal for 134 residential units are currently being reviewed and a second application is expected to be made in 2019.
